No Refunds + No Exchanges of Warehouse Sale Items.

Justa Local Store allows a full refund within 7 days of the shipping date. As long as you contact us within the 7 days of the shipping date - we will happily refund your money.You can choose to either be refunded via the method you paid or receive a store credit. The item must be in the condition that it was prior to being sent to you. Refunds will only be processed if the item is in it's original condition. Shoes must not be worn in order for a Refund to be processed. We will offer you an exchange for up to 21 days after day of purchase. Justa Local Store reserves the right to refuse any refunds that do not meet these terms.
If you have received your item and it doesn't fit or the colour is wrong, Justa Local Store will be happy to exchange it for the size/colour you need. However, it cannot be exchanged for a different item. If we are unable to provide you with the colour or size you want, you may request a refund in the form of a store credit. You will need to contact customer service and return the item as normal. You will then be issued with a store credit for you to purchase the item you want. Warehouse sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. When purchasing these items it is assumed that you have read these Terms and Conditions as well as the top of the Warehouse sale page clearly stating the above. If you choose to exchange your item for a different size - postage costs will be the responsibility of the Customers.
For all items purchased during Flash Sales customers can exchange their item for any other item or receive a store credit only. This is also apparent for all Spend + Save promotions.
All items sold during a warehouse sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. So please choose carefully. Please note - if items are reduced to below $20 they are considered Warehouse Sale items. As well as all items listed during our Warehouse Sales.

Justa Local Store is not responsible for your choices, once you purchase an item you are accepting our Refund + Exchanges Policy + it is under the assumption that you have read this page, as per our Terms + Conditions..
* Refunds for faulty items will be at the expense of us. However if you are exchanging or refunding an item for wrong fit, colour or change of mind - you will be responsible for postage costs *
